Contest Rules & Prizes
Submit original artwork for the contest, with the Entry Form, from June 25 through August 24, 2012. Submissions may be made electronically through Dr. Nick's website or via our Facebook page. They may also be hand delivered to our office located at 101 Taylor Blvd. in Millbrae.
Three finalists from each age group will be selected by Dr. Nick and his team. One grand prize winner from each age group will then be voted by paper ballot. This public voting will occur during a viewing of the original artwork at Dr. Nick's office on Saturday, September 1, during Millbrae's Art and Wine Festival. Selected artwork will be used as the background for Dr. Nick's new business cards.
The following rules apply to all artwork submitted:
•artwork must be in black and white or color (no pencil)
•artwork must be drafted horizontally on standard 8.5x11in paper
•artwork may have dental-based theme
•no wording/text; images only
•limit 1 submission per person
Contest Age Groups:
•6-8 years old
•9-12 years old
•13-18 years old
Prizes:
Grand Prize Winners will each receive an iPod Touch 8GB
The remianing finalists will receive a gift certificate/admission for four from one of the following Bay Area museums of their choice:
•San Francisco Exploratorium
•California Academy of Sciences
•Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose
